The MASS Lab is the flagship mass spectrometric analytical laboratory in the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Manitoba.

We are located in the Richardson Centre for Food Technology and Research among some of the provinces best analytical labs.

We are dedicated to providing analytical solutions to fellow academics, government labs and industry alike.
