Cheerleading I

This high energy camp is the perfect introduction to the exciting sport of cheerleading.  Campers will explore basic tumbling, pyramids, jumps and dance elements, in a fun supportive environment that builds confidence through teamwork and performance.

Rhythmic 8-11

Rhythmic Gymnastics I

Ages 5-7

Experience the world of rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and encouraging environment. Campers discover the basics of movement as they explore various tools, including ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons, and scarves. With a focus on coordination and creativity, our coaches help campers build confidence while developing a playful routine throughout the week.

Mini Bisons Basketball I 

Ages 5-7

Campers experience a fun and welcoming introduction to basketball with high-quality, age-appropriate training. Our coaches take a holistic approach to every session, ensuring that campers develop not just their skills, but also a lifelong love for staying active. It’s the perfect environment for young athletes to build confidence, one hoop at a time.

Instruction delivered by student-athletes, with mentorship and curriculum development support, provided by Bisons Basketball head coaches Kirby Schepp and Michele Sung.

Move and groove in this fun movement program. Learn basic movement and motor skills like throwing, catching and hopping, combined with elements of gymnastics like cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, balance beam activities and more!

U7 Mini Bisons Hockey I

Campers born 2020 and 2021

Open to children of all genders, this program offers an introduction to hockey skills. Campers practice the fundamentals of skating, stickhandling, passing and shooting through a dynamic, play-based approach. Coaches will group campers based on their current skill levels for all on-ice sessions. Each camper will receive a take-home jersey.

Players must be able to skate independently and wear full hockey equipment. 

On-ice session starts at 9:00 a.m. Caregivers are required to assist with their child's equipment and skates prior to start time. To ensure your child is prepared for the ice time, we suggest arriving by 8:30 a.m. 

Instruction provided by student-athletes, with mentorship an curriculum development support, provided by Bisons Hockey Coaches.

Fun Froggie Fitness 

Ages 4-5

Packed with fun activities, this camp mixes recreational games to build a versatile physical foundation while sparking imagination with one hour of dedicated art activities each day. Campers must be four years old by the start date of the program.

Campers get an introduction to the world’s most popular sport through fun, high-quality and developmentally appropriate training. Our programs are designed and led by Bisons student-athletes, focusing on a holistic approach to long-term athletic growth.

Let's Move It - New!

Ages 5-7

This camp is perfect for the child who loves to run, move their body and play and still has energy to spare.  Each day is packed with nonstop action including various mainstream sports, running games, recreation activities and team challenges that will keep even the busiest bodies engaged from start to finish. Campers will build skills, burn energy and learn teamwork through fun, fast paced activities in an encouraging environment.

Mini Bisons Track and Field I 

Ages 5-7

Ignite a love for movement with this summer camp that focuses on running, jumping and throwing in a games-oriented environment. Campers participate in a Mini-Meet at the end of the week, where every athlete gets to show off their new skills and experience the excitement of the track.

Wall Climbing I

Ages 5-7

This program is designed to give participants the chance to experience wall climbing for the first time. Participants will tackle a 1500 square foot climbing wall in the Active Living Centre for one hour per day and spend one hour per day on our bouldering wall which features our fun kilter board.  Learn safety procedures, knot tying techniques, bouldering and climbing communication in a fun and safe indoor environment.

All About Animals

Ages 5-7

Campers learn where animals and bugs live, what they eat, how long they have been around for and how they survive through interactive activities and games. Campers get to enjoy visits from Wildlife Haven and The Humane Society.

Dinosaur Discovery

Ages 5-7

Campers can take a trip back to prehistoric times when the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Participants learn how a T. Rex hunted by tracking light and movement and discover how fossils were made. They will also visit the Ed Leith Cretaceous Menagerie on campus to see real fossils firsthand.

This summer camp is perfect for children who love all things crafty. During the week, campers explore a variety of fun techniques—including drawing, painting, splatter art and sculpting—while expressing their unique creativity.
