The UM Student Residences offers chat support for anyone that has questions about living in residence.

Chat is offered:

• Mon-Fri 9am-8:30pm
• Sat & Sun 10:30am-5:30pm.

Live chat is intended for a quick answer to most housing questions. While we do our best to ensure that the advice is up-to-date and accurate, please be aware that all information provided is subject to change without notice. This service is not intended for use as an official confirmation or to cancel your room reservations. If you need to cancel or need a confirmation on your reservation, please email us at: residence@umanitoba.ca.

Please do NOT share any of the following pieces of information when in a chat:

• Health information
• Credit card information
