Student Affairs PD and Communications Survey

Welcome to the Student Affairs (SA) survey. We invite you to provide feedback on two elements: 1. Communication across the division about the goings on in SA and 2. the programming delivered by the Student Affairs PD committee.

A few housekeeping items before you get started:

  • This survey is completely anonymous. Please share you honest thoughts on programming and communications this past year so we can work to make improvements where necessary.
  • The survey is built with branching. Don't be alarmed if questions appear or disappear depending on your previous selections and responses. Please complete the survey in order so items populate properly.
  • We want to thank you for your participation. At the end of this survey there is an option to enter a draw of a $50.00 Visa gift card for a participation prize. To ensure anonymity remains intact, a link will appear to enter contact info for the draw in a completely separate form. Make sure to click that link before you submit the survey.
