How to Delete a Meeting in Exchange Calendar Using Outlook 2011 for the Macintosh

1. Launch Outlook 2011 for the Macintosh and log into your Exchange account
2. Click on Calendar in the lower left corner of the screen.

3. Click on the Appointment you wish to delete.
4. Press the Delete key on your keyboard or click on the Cancel Button in the top left then click the Send Cancellation button. The appointment should no longer appear on your calendar and a notice is sent to all attendees.

Note: If you have been invited to a meeting and can not attend, you can delete the meeting. Outlook will change your response to declined. Outlook will then prompt you to notify the meeting organizer. Select your response and click OK.
