Fee schedules are updated yearly in June. If you have any immediate questions regarding fees, please contact the Exchange Coordinator.
Exchange students will pay roughly $110 per term in student organization and award fees. They will be due within the first week of classes and payable in cash to the Cashier’s Office at 138 University Centre.
International students who hold a valid Canadian study permit are eligible to apply for a Manitoba Health Card free of charge. The Manitoba Health card covers primary care needs. For details of the coverage, please visit the Province of Manitoba health website.
Students may also purchase supplemental health and dental insurance through the University of Manitoba Student's Union (UMSU) for coverage outside of the Manitoba Health Card.
Fees are payable to the Cashier's Office within the first two weeks of classes. Credit cards cannot be used to pay for any fees at the University of Manitoba.
