U of M Faculty and Staff have two great opportunites this summer to Get Fit for FREE!

Staff Appreciation Week

Attention U of M faculty and staff!  Stop by and try out one of our instructional programs, take a lunch time group fitness class, go for a swim, play some tennis or use the amazing track or equipment in the 100,000 square foot Active Living Centre! It's all FREE during Staff Appreciation Week June 26-30, 2017 at the Fort Garry campus.

Already a member? Then why not try out one of our awesome instructional programs? We have classes available in Dance, Fitness, Martial Arts and Wellness. We will also have some great prize give aways that will be drawn throughout the entire week!

To register, bring your staff ID to the Active Living or Max Bell Centre, tell them you are here for the event and sign in. It's that easy! Don't miss out on this great opportunity to get fit and have fun all for FREE!

Live Well @ Work

Recreation Services is proud to participate in the University of Manitoba's Live Well @ Work week June 19-23.  To celebrate this great event, we are offering complimentary group fitness classes and access to our fitness centre and gymnasium for the entire week for FREE at the Joe Doupe Recreation Centre at our Bannatyne campus location.  For a complete listing of all campus events, please visit the Live Well @ Work homepage.
