The 2019 Traditional Graduation Pow Wow is for October (2018) February (2019), May (2019), and October (2019) Graduates.

All Canadian Indigenous graduates are encouraged to participate. Your attendance at this event is extremely important, because we would like the opportunity to honour you for successfully completing your post-secondary program. Upon your arrival at the Traditional Graduation Pow Wow please notify the registration table, which will be located on the main level of the Investors Group Athletic Centre.

In order for the committee to prepare the program and recognize you at the celebration, the following information is requested in advance. You must register by April 26, 2019 at 4:00 pm to have your name included in the program.

Nominate a staff member for the Migizii Award

Is there a staff member who was an exceptional help to you throughout your degree and you would like to honour them at the 30th Traditional Graduation Pow Wow? The Indigenous Student Centre encourages all Indigenous graduates to make a nomination for the annual Migizii Award. This award celebrates a university staff or faculty member who went above and beyond for you or other Indigenous students at any of our campuses. Any Indigenous or non-Indigenous staff member of the University of Manitoba are eligible for this award. Take a moment today to nominate someone who made a difference.
