Human Resource Management


Jieying received her Ph.D. in Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is interested in understanding how individuals interact with different people and adjust to new environment over time, and how such interactions influence individual and organizational outcomes. Under this theme, she has conducted research on topics such as (a) cross-cultural interactions, (b) mindfulness, and (c) strategic human resource management. These research together unveil complex multilevel processes in organizations. Her work has been published in Psychological Bulletin and Organizational Psychology Review.
