The Registration Process
At anytime of day or night beginning MONDAY APRIL 2, 2018, click the following secured link to register for student parking using your UMnetID and Password:
You may also register by logging in through JUMP (umanitoba.ca/jump) and clicking the "STUDENT" tab.
During the registration process, be sure to indicate your student status as "RESIDENT" when prompted.
|** NEW STUDENTS**
The parking application will be available to you AFTER
you have accepted your final offer of admission, and you have claimed your UMnetID.

After MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 2018, please log back into the Parking portal or through your JUMP account to find out your parking lot assignment.
- Residence students registering for parking after FRIDAY, JULY 20, 2018 may be assigned to a commuter student parking lot and be waitlisted for parking in a residence lot.
- Permit reservations for Resident Students can be made after the July 20th closing date by calling Parking Services at 204-474-9483 or visiting us in person at the Welcome Centre.
- Resident students are assigned parking based on the date and time of their parking payment reservation and resident student status. Resident students will be assigned parking in any one of the following parking lots: F, D, R, L, St. John's, Q and U.
- Once we have verified your Residence Student status, residence building and are in receipt of the parking permit fee, a permit will be assigned to you.
The Parking Permt fee of $592.00 must be made within 24 hours to confirm your reservation (see below for accepted methods of payment).

Have your VISA or MasterCard information ready for payment (we cannot accept prepaid credit cards). Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not made within 24 hours of registration
Make sure your internet browser settings allow for pop-up windows, as it is required to make your online payment.
By registering for student parking online and paying your parking permit fee in full, you agree to abide by the conditions as outlined in the Parking Guidelines, which can be found at: umanitoba.ca/parking/student. Up to September 01, 2018, should you choose not to accept your parking assignment, you may request and receive a refund of the parking permit fee paid less a $50 administrative handling fee. After September 01, 2018 your refund will be pro-rated.
