Registration Fees

  • Early Bird registration deadline: Thursday, August 10, 2017
  • Tax not included - 5% GST will be applied to all registration fees
  • Booth placement will be based on support level, date of registration and at the discretion of Career Services.

Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation Details
  • Registration may be submitted online only
  • Confirmation of registration will be sent via email once approved
  • Invoices to be issued via email October 2017 and payment is due upon receipt
  • Cancellation deadline: September 14, 2017.
    - All cancellations received on or before Thursday, September 14th, 2017 will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
    - Cancellations received after Thursday, September 14th, 2016 will be charged in full.

Certificate of Insurance

Within two weeks of your registration approval, exhibitors must provide, maintian and keep in force during event set-up, execution and takedown a Certificate of Insurance (COI) evidencing the following:

  1. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance of not less than $2,000,000 (Two Million) per incident with an insurer, including coverage for bodily injury (including death) to any person, as well as the loss of or damage to any property, with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the exhibitor.
  2. With the University of Manitoba added as an "Additional Insured" with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the exhibitor
  3. The insurance policy shall also include a cross-liability clause

This can be obtained through your insurance broker. The COI can be scanned and sent to csevents@umanitoba.ca or faxed to: 204-474-7516.
