Accommodation

The Delta Winnipeg Hotel is the official hotel for the Canadian Nutrition Congress. Located adjacent to the Winnipeg Convention Centre, the Hotel is connected by a temperature controlled walkway to the Winnipeg Convention Centre, site of the Congress program.

A special guest room rate of CDN$149 (plus taxes) for single or double occupancy is available for Congress attendees. For the special rate, please indicate that you are attending the Canadian Nutrition Congress.

(Note: High Speed Internet is included at no additional charge.)

Reservations made after May 17 will be subject to room availability. (UPDATE - May 18 - There are still rooms available at the conference rate - To book, call the local hotel number below and ask for "In House Reservations")

BY ROAD

Whether you are driving on your own or letting someone do the driving for you, Winnipeg is an easy destination and is only one hour north of the U.S. border crossing at Pembina, North Dakota.

In Canada, the No. 1 Trans-Canada highway (east-west) provides direct connection to all major urban centres in Canada.

From the United States, both the U.S. Interstate No. 29 and Minnesota No. 94 (Border crossing into Canada in Emerson) connect to Manitoba No. 75 North to Winnipeg.

As well Minnesota No. 59 and U.S. #2 (Border Crossing - Tolstoi) connects to Manitoba No. 59.
