Bookings

  • Will be done on a first-come, first-served basis (space is limited so book early).


Exhibit Space and Rates

  • Draped booths include pipe and drape with 8' back drape and 36" side drapes.
  • Cost of standard booth space (10' x 10') is $1000 plus GST.


Rental Items

  • Exhibitors will be contacted by Western Display regarding rental of any additional items.


Electrical/Phone/Internet

  • Exhibitors will be contacted by Winnipeg Convention Centre regarding electrical, phone and Internet services.


Exhibitors' Hours

Displays must be manned during the Congress's advertised hours (see above for details).


Door Prizes

If you would like to participate in a door-prize event, please let us know. Your participation will be acknowledged at that time.


Liability Insurance

The Winnipeg Convention Centre requires that all exhibitors must carry adequate public liability insurance to participate in the tradeshow. Please check the box on the application form and fill in the required information.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received by May 18 will be refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee.
    Cancellations received after May 18 will not be refunded.
