  • Online registration

Access our online registration system here: https://sportandrec.umanitoba.ca/UOFM/public
Tutorial videos are also available for those looking for assistance in navigating.

First time participants will need to set up an account within the software. Follow the link and above to create your account. Connecting your family members to your account helps us organize your purchases and services. Set up your ‘family account’ with the registration customer service representatives over the phone at 204-474-6100.

Returning participants can log in to their account and begin shopping.

  • Parking

Parking is provided for in ALC, U and P parking lots (see map). Parking in these lots is free after 4:30pm Monday to Friday and on weekends. Please pay careful attention to the signage in these lots as there are some spaces that are reserved 24 hours for staff parking only.

Parking tickets may be issued if parking occurs outside of the times and specifications listed above.

  • Personal information

In order to best care for your child our team requires additional personal information via our ‘health form’. Before your program begins, you will receive a request for this information. A completed ‘health form’ is required in order to participate in programming.

  • "Group with" requests

Many of our programs are split into multiple groups based on age. If you are interested in having your child grouped with a friend or family member, submit a "group with" request to mini.u@umanitoba.ca. Include: your child’s first and last name, other child’s first and last name, program name and week number.

Subsidy

The Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management recognizes that fees can pose a barrier when engaging children and youth in programming. Various subsidy opportunities are available to offer assistance.

Applicants are required to pay a $60.00 fee as contribution towards their selected program. The remaining fees will be covered by the Faculty.

Accessing subsidies

An application is required to access our subsidy services. Detailed information and registration information can be found here.

Online registration is not available for individuals applying for subsidy services as our team requires the ability to assess your application.
