About St. Amant

St. Amant is a residential and resource facility in Winnipeg for Manitobans with disabilities. A wide range of programs, services and care is provided to support developmentally-disabled individuals and their families.


Since April 2006, CCOH has provided dental care, for up to 10 patients per clinic day. All dental services including clinical oral care and health promotion are provided by our dentist & hygienist.

Dental Clinic

This two-chair clinic operates two days a week and offers a range of dental services for any mentally-challenged individual living in Manitoba.

Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Health Promotion Unit (HPU)

Dental Hygienists from the HPU and the School of Dental Hygiene have presented at several of the St. Amant annual conferences and continue their involvement with care givers at the Centre to promote oral health for residents.
