Modifying a Graduate Course
Modifications of existing graduate courses consist of minor changes to the calendar description. Changes to title, number, credit hours, course content, grading system will consitute the course receiving a new number (which consists of deleting the current course and introducing a new course).
Information required for Course Modifications only:
- Current calendar course description
- Proposed new calendar course description – must not exceed 4 lines, 75 characters per line
- Justification for modification

- Once the Course Modification has been approved by the appropriate bodies in your unit/faculty, please send the original completed form to:
