Department of Biochemistry & Medical Genetics Seminars (BGEN7000 & BGEN8000) are held every Wednesday from approximately September to May, at 12:15 p.m. in Theatre A - Mezzanine - Basic Medical Sciences Building.  It is mandatory for all Graduate Students to attend and fill out the evaluation form(s).  If you need to change your seminar date - you MUST contact Dr. Leygue.  Also, if you are unable to attend seminar (ie. sick, away etc) - again - you MUST contact Dr. Leygue.

Co-ordinator for Student Seminars is Dr. Etienne Leygue - eleygue@cc.umanitoba.ca - phone #977-5608.

The department Graduate Students both M.Sc. & Ph.D., usually present topics pertaining to their research.  The seminar consists of a powerpoint presentation, followed by a question/answer period.
