18 Gardening Made Easy workshop with Louise May from Aurora Farm.
Learn some easy gardening tips. Plant a potato in burlap! Plant some cucumbers seeds
to take home. Transplant some tomatoes to outdoor plots. Any extras can be taken
home!

1 Canning and Food Preservation Clinic
We will learn how to freeze berries and sauces, can peaches and pickles (possibly
beans if cucumbers are not available) and tomato soup, and dehydrate herbs,
tomatoes and fruit.
Participants will be able to bring most food products home with them. Frozen berries,
tomato soup and dehydrated tomatoes not included.
Time: 10:30-1:00. Feel free to bring your lunch, if we do go this long!
Cost: $30+GST, includes preserves, jars and recipes
