Through the creation of the Price Student-Managed Investment Fund, Asper students will have the chance to put their knowledge into practice, gaining hands‐on investment experience that will prepare them for success in their careers.
Distributions from the fund (4% of the asset value) will be reinvested in the Asper School and benefit all students through other experiential learning opportunities, scholarships/bursaries and improvements to our facilities so that the Asper School continues to be at the forefront of business education excellence in this country.
The fund will support students today and for years to come! Your investment in the Price Student‐Managed Investment Fund will have a lasting and transformative impact on our students, on the Province and country as we train the business leaders of the future. The fund is also a wonderful tribute to Gerry Price, Chairman and CEO of Price Industries and proud UM alum.

Experiential learning (hands‐on approach to learning) is an essential element of an exceptional student experience and one of the cornerstones of the Asper School of Business.
The Price Student‐Managed Investment Fund will enhance experiential learning and support student success at the I.H. Asper School of Business by providing invaluable experiential learning for undergraduate finance students, preparing them to enter the rapidly changing business landscape as innovators and leaders.
