Statistics Help Centre
The Statistics Help Centre is a resource available for statistics students to get help with general questions or concepts in statistics courses. The centre is run by graduate students and senior undergraduate students in statistics that are available to help.
Hours and location
We are open to any and all students seeking help with a course in the department of statistics. No appointment is necessary! Check your course syllabus for Zoom links to the online Help Centre offers.
Location
New location: room 107 Allen Building
Hours
January 10, 2024 - End of term
- Monday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (on Zoom. Please check your course page for a link)
Open until the date of the last STAT 1000/2000 exam.
Not open during holidays or the Winter term break.
Beginning April 15, the Help Centre will only be open Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Lab rules
- No printing.
- No food or drink.
- Computers are for statistics students and work only. (No Facebook, email, and others)
- Please turn your cell phones off or silent.
