The most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and their weaknesses, so they can develop srtategies to meet the demands of their environment. How do you become that person? First step is attending this workshop: How to Understand You...and Me! This exciting workshop is presented by Barbara McMullen from Insights to Success.

*NEW*:  In addition to giving back to the Co-op Program, we are excited to be able to offer Co-Curricular Recognition for those who participate fully in the program. Co-Curricular Recognition is a new program at the university that places a notation on the student official transcript stating that they volunteered and contributed positively to student life
