My research is inquiry into the factors that influence employee health and well-being. In particular, there are three issues that are currently in the focus of my attention: the influence of emotional work on service employees, the role of habits in daily work, and the effect of mindfulness on occupational health and safety. I am particularly interested in developing employee-level interventions that can improve daily work experiences and create conditions for employees to thrive in.
I received a BA in Sociology degree from the National Research University - Higher School of Economics in 2012. Following that, I started a masters program at Asper and was fast-tracked into the PhD program in 2013.
