Introduction
The Entrepreneurship/Small Business major focuses on understanding the nature, problems, business environment, and opportunities that exist in the small business sector in Canada. For students selecting this major, the main focus of this major is on developing skills that are critical for entrepreneurship. This major is concerned with identifying the key success requirements for entrepreneurship, exploring the range of alternatives for starting a small business, and defining the resources necessary to launch a successful new venture. Program Requirements
The Major consists of: ENTR 3100 , ENTR 4100 , FIN 3470 and one of: ACC 3050 , FIN 3250 , ACC 3530 , , ENTR 3102 (not to be held with the former GMGT 3050 ), ENTR 3104 , ENTR 3106 , GMGT 3080 , MKT 3220 , MKT 3310 or MKT 4270.
