Mechanical Undergraduate Thesis

The undergraduate thesis course MECH 4162 is a technical elective completed by graduating-year students. Each student works under the guidance of a faculty advisor in that advisor's research area and develops a thesis document that is presented both in oral and written form.  Completing MECH 4162 in final year replaces two technical electives of the five that are required in the program.  Therefore, if completing the Thesis course students would be responsible for 3 other technical electives of their choice.
