Governing Documents
The Governing Documents of the University of Manitoba include all Bylaws, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, approved by the Board of Governors, Senate and the University Administration. The official versions of all of these documents are contained in this website, and are updated continuously as changes are approved by the appropriate authorities.

All governing documents are categorized under the ten subject headings listed on the left-hand side of this page. Clicking on a category will provide a list of all the governing documents related to that category. An alphabetical listing of all governing documents is also available for ease of reference.

Any questions of a general nature regarding the Governing Documents system may be referred to the Office of the University Secretary. Any questions regarding the specific application and administration of a governing document may be directed to the contact office listed at the beginning of each governing document.

Anyone who is beginning to develop a new governing document or is planning revisions to an existing governing document is requested to contact Jeff Leclerc, University Secretary at (204) 474-6167 for guidance on the development of and approval process for governing documents.
