Astra Schedule will allow you to search for an appropriate/available space based on your building preference, space, and/or equipment needs. Rental charges may apply. Requests must be made at least two business days prior to the date of the activity**.
Please note that room bookings for future terms will not be confirmed until academic space allocations for those time periods have been completed - you will be notified by the building scheduler if this is the case.
Due to COVID-19 all on-campus activities must be approved by the COVID-19 Recovery Steering Committee (CRSC). If the room booking is not related to an approved activity, you must submit a request for consideration by the COVID-19 Recovery Steering Committee via CRSC@umanitoba.ca.
When your on-campus activity has been approved, contact the building scheduler with a copy of the approval from the COVID-19 Recovery Steering Committee (CRSC).
