  • Early Bird registration deadline: Tuesday, November 26, 2019
  • Tax not included - 5% GST will be applied to all fees
  • Booth placement will be based on support level, date of registration and at the discretion of Career Services.
    • All 2020 Career Fair Platinum, Gold and Silver Supporters will have preferred placement.
    • Educational institutions are welcome to register for day 1 of the fair and space permitting, following the early bird deadline, will be provided space for a 2nd day if requested.

Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation Details
  • Registration may be submitted online only
  • Confirmation of registration will be sent via email once approved
  • Invoices to be issued via email by the end of January 2020 and payment is due upon receipt
  • Cancellation deadline: 4:30 PM (CST) on Wednesday, December 18th, 2019.
    • All cancellations received on or before 4:30 PM (CST) Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations received after 4:30 PM on Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 will be charged in full.
    • Any organization that registers after 4:30 PM on Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 will be charged in full, irrespective of any cancellations received.

Certificate of Insurance

Within two weeks of your registration approval, exhibitors must provide, maintain and keep in force during event set-up, execution and takedown a Certificate of Insurance (COI) evidencing the following:

  1. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance of not less than $2,000,000 (Two Million) per incident with an insurer, including coverage for bodily injury (including death) to any person, as well as the loss of or damage to any property, with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the exhibitor.
  2. With the University of Manitoba added as an "Additional Insured" with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the exhibitor
  3. The insurance policy shall also include a cross-liability clause

This can be obtained through your insurance broker. The COI can be scanned and sent to jan.careerfair@umanitoba.ca or faxed to: 204-474-7516.
Your participation and placement cannot be guaranteed without this policy.

The confirmation of registration is not your invoice, it is simply a summary of what we received as your registration. If there are any discrepencies between your confirmation of registration email and what you intended to select for registration, please reply to the email as soon as possible.
