Minnesota Student Events

The University of Manitoba hosts two events specifically for students and families from Minnesota. Minnesota Student Days are held on campus in the fall. Information sessions are held in the spring at the office of the Consulate General of Canada in Minneapolis.

 Minnesota Student Days

Join us on campus for information sessions and campus tours exclusively for Minnesota families. Held during the third week of October to coincide with MEA school break, this is a great opportunity to visit the university and learn about information important to US applicants.

Registration is now open:

 Thursday, October 18     9:30 am      1:30 pm

University of Manitoba at the Consulate General of Canada

Meet with the University of Manitoba at the Consulate General of Canada in Minneapolis. Two information sessions will be offered in April – one for prospective students, the other for students who have already applied and/or been admitted to the University of Manitoba. 

Learn about the university’s programs, application process, and admission requirements, as well as important details about preparing for university, the Minnesota reciprocity agreement, and the benefits of studying in Canada.  

Registration for both of these events will open in March 2019.
