Festival du Voyeur was a six week Winnipeg festival (January 22-March 6, 1993) and was the first time that a large amount of work by gay/lesbian (“queer”) visual and performing artists has been featured in Winnipeg’s galleries and public spaces for an extended period.

Lukacs exhibited 2 paintings that “deal with the voyeurism and eroticism associated with aspects of fascism, the public display of skin-head power, and ritual dominance/submission spectacles common to all-male groups
