All research and contracts must be reviewed by the Office of Research Services staff to ensure compliance with the policies and requirements of the university and the sponsors. All research contracts are negotiated by the Office of Research Services staff in consultation with the researchers on behalf of the university. All non-template contracts must also be reviewed by the Office of Fair Practice and Legal Affairs.
