MOT Accelerated Program

Eligibility Requirements

Master of Occupational Therapy students

All applicants to the Accelerated Program must meet the following basic prerequisites by May 1 (for admission to Fall term) and October 1 (for admission to Winter term) of the year of application:

  1. Successful completion of a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (Occupational Therapy) degree or equivalent.
  2. A minimum grade point average of ‘B’ in the last 60 credit hours of study.
  3. Successful completion of forty-two (42) non-Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (Occupational Therapy) degree credit hours.
  4. Evidence of having passed the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Certification Examination and/or eligibility for registration in Manitoba by the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba.
