Biography

Dr. Joseph Delany is an associate professor in the College of Pharmacy, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba.

Dr. Delaney has held positions at the University of Florida (pharmaceutical outcomes and policy), the University of Washington (epidemiology), and the University of Manitoba (pharmacy).

He has a background in epidemiological methods and pharmacoepidemiology and works in many areas, but cardiovascular disease, infectious disease, and causal inference are frequent areas of focus.

His research is in epidemiological cohort studies and in administrative databases such as those hosted by the Manitoba Centre for Health Policy (MCHP).
