Conference Fees

All prices are in Canadian dollars, 5% GST will be added to your total amount.

Payment Information
The University of Manitoba will only accept Visa, MasterCard, and cheques for online registration payments. If paying by cheque, registration will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be issued no later than 14 days prior to the conference start date (less $50 for administrative fees). The cancellation must be received in writing. No refunds will be issued less than 14 days before the conference start date. Attendee substitutions will be accepted, but you must contact Amanda Burton with the change as registrations packages are personalized.

Best Western Inn is an accessible facility with 24-hr accessible parking. If you have any concerns, please contact Conference Coordinator.

Dietary Restrictions

How to Register


Please fill out online registration form. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you.

Visit the registration desk at the Best Western Hotel on conference day to pick up your registration package.
