Mehri is a Ph.D. student at Organizational Behaviour. Her research interests are the new world of work, gig workers, resilience, and virtual identity. She has got her MBA from the University of Tehran and has worked as an HR practitioner in several leading companies in Iran such as Solico group (kalleh), AsiaTech, Crouse company and Saman Electronic Payment.
