Research Interests

Dr. Lee is interested in identifying the major risk factors and outcomes of professional burnout, how emotional communications can facilitate the provider-client relationship, and promoting a respectful and tolerant work climate. His current research examines how organizational practices impact mental and physical wellbeing among healthcare and higher education professionals. He is a member of the Global Occupational Health Network (WHO), and the Global Health Workforce Alliance (WHO).

Teaching Interests

Dr. Lee has instructed undergraduate and MBA courses in Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Decision-Making, and Human Resource Management, as well as facilitated Ph.D. seminar courses in Organizational Behaviour and Psychological Measurement.
