Program Fees
Fees for the Pre-Master’s program are assessed according to the undergraduate fee schedule (i.e., pay per credit hour; see the University of Manitoba Registration Guide) and will vary according to the number of credit hours taken and the department in which the course is offered.

Students pay a one-time program fee for the M.Sc. and M.A. programs (the fee is the same for full or part-time studies). Each subsequent year, students must pay a continuing fee (see the University of Manitoba Registration Guide).

Student Organization Fees
These fees vary depending on your entry date, whether you’re a full- or part-time student, and which campus you attend. Please refer to the University Calendar & Registration Guide for this detailed information:

Endowment Fees
Full-time Graduate Studies Students - $100.00
Part-time Graduate Studies Students - $50.00

International Student Differential Fee
All International Students are assessed an additional International Students Differential Fee of 100% calculated on total tuition fee. The 10% fee reduction granted by the Manitoba Government does not apply to the International Student Differential Fee. The 100% International Differential fee is not applied to the Continuing Fee. International students who have a GPA of 3.5 or greater are automatically considered for the International Graduate Student Entrance Scholarship (IGSES) with their application for admission.

Graduate Tuition Fees commence at the first registration following admission to your degree program and are NOT transferable between programs or degrees.

All Graduate students must pay the full tuition cost prior to graduation regardless of courses transferred in or number of terms required to complete the program.

All Pre-Master's students are assessed the appropriate Undergraduate fees based in teaching department for all courses taken.

Note: Fees paid by a student while registered as a Pre-Master's student are not transferable to a graduate degree program at a later date.

Full-Time Master's Programs
