| Research Interests:Dr. Gibson is as a clinical pathologist specializing in renal pathology. Dr. Gibson conducts collaborative research in the fields of renal transplantation and kidney disease. In particular, his research focus is on renal allograft pathology and the morphological diagnosis of allograft rejection; morphometric analysis of renal interstitial fibrosis; urine and serum biomarkers of allograft rejection; IgA nephropathy/HSP nephritis in pediatric populations; and parietal podocytes and atubular glomeruli. | |
