The Repository is available for use for research, and can be used by academics and researchers, students, clinicians, and government staff.
Anyone wishing to use the Repository must submit a research proposal; obtain approvals from the Manitoba Health, Health Information Privacy Committee (HIPC), the University of Manitoba Research Ethics Board (REB) and additional Data providers (if required); complete an accreditation process; and sign a Researcher Agreement.
