Career development

Whether you are a new faculty member or are a well-established academic, the OEFD team can support your ongoing career development. Our workshops and consultation services provide practical skills, evidence-based knowledge, and collegial opportunities to share best practices that work in the dynamic colleges of the RFHS. A review of your teaching practices and leadership opportunities may be helpful at multiple points in your career, and may also be used for promotion and tenure application processes. OEFD Career Development support includes the following topics:
