Ongomiizwin provides health care to Northern and rural communities through hospital-based service, nursing stations and community visits from health care specialists.

Offering a comprehensive array of medical, dental, and outreach services, the hospital is equipped with modern facilities to cater to the community's well-being.

Outreach Services: Embracing a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, Churchill Health Centre serves as a referral base for the 7,000 residents in the Kivalliq region of Nunavut.

Overview: Nestled at the confluence of the Nelson River and Playgreen Lake, Norway House Hospital embodies progress and community spirit. Serving a vibrant community with a flourishing fishing industry, the hospital boasts six in-patient beds and underwent significant renovations in 2011 to enhance its facilities.

Overview: Situated 192 kilometers north of Winnipeg, Percy E. Moore Hospital stands as a vital healthcare hub for the Interlake region. This 16-bed, four-bassinet facility serves the diverse communities of Peguis, Fisher River, Kinonjeoshtegon (Jackhead), Fisher Branch, and Hodgson, totaling approximately 10,000 residents.

Serving Communities: Percy E. Moore Hospital is at the heart of the Interlake region, providing essential healthcare services to both First Nations communities and farming communities alike.
There are 12 Manitoba communities staffed by nurses who act as primary caregivers. Family physicians fly or drive in to these communities and act as consultants to the nurses.
Through the Jordan's Principle program, which makes sure all First Nations children living in Canada have access to the products, services and supports they need when they need them, Ongomiizwin – Health Services provides services to the following communities:
