Progress Report

** Failure to submit this report will result in the denial of registration access through Aurora Student.

  • The Progress Report for graduate students in thesis/practicum programs must be submitted to FGS prior to registration.
  • The Progress Report is due in the FGS Office (500 University Centre) on June 1.

 Unit Recommendation
Deadlines (for Staff Only)

**For staff use only**

This deadline is for the unit to recommend applicants for admission. This deadline ensures that the Faculty of Graduate Studies has enough time to process the recommendation, issue a letter, and process the acceptance of offer in time for the student to register.

Recommendations made later than this date cannot guarantee timely registration and could result in late fees. The international deadline given ensures that applicants will have enough time to apply for a study permit and arrange for official documents.
