The Faculty of Arts Student Services Office remains open for remote service. Email communication is our first point of contact to answer all student inquiries, share information, process a request and/or guide you with the next appropriate steps to take for your situation. Please send ALL inquiries to our email at Arts_Inquiry@umanitoba.ca and a representative from our office will respond. When you send an email to Arts_Inquiry@umanitoba.ca, you will receive an automated response and the Arts Advisors will then respond to your email in the order that it was received.
Note: The Faculty of Arts Student Services Office does not have voicemail and we are unable to receive calls at this time. Please send all inquiries by email. Responses from our office will be by return email or private phone number.

Student Forms: Many of your requests may require a form to be completed for action to be taken. Please see Student Forms for access to forms that can be submitted by email.
As we comply with the University of Manitoba's student email policy, we will ONLY use your university email account for communications. Please ensure that you are using your @myumanitoba.ca U of M email account when emailing us. To claim your UM email account, visit umanitoba.ca/webmail. If you are not a current UM student, then a personal email account is permitted.
