Training and Learning

Welcome to the Centre for Social Science Research and Policy (CSSRP)!

A key objective of CSSRP is to facilitate training and professional development opportunities in a variety of methodologies and social science approaches, including, but not limited to, novel as well as practical approaches to research design, data collection, modelling, analysis, and knowledge translation.

To achieve this objective, the CSSRP offers three training and learning opportunities:

  • Workshops
  • Research and Policy Certificate
  • Spring Professional Development Series

All of these training and learning opportunities are open to students (undergraduate and graduate), postdoctoral fellows, faculty/staff, and community and/or professional organizations.

Registration fees are on a sliding scale with discounts for students and not-for-profit community organizations.

To keep up to date with everything at the CSSRP, please email cssrp@lists.umanitoba.ca to be added to our mailing list!
