KEYNOTE 6:00 MICHAEL VAN GESSEL Action: Transforming the Present
Assignments are more and more about transformation of the present. What exists
now is more than a great guide as to what ought to be. In real transformations old and
new merge and grow into a new whole where old and new can hardly be distinguished
from each other. What is important in these processes are the rules and strategies.
How does the new merge with the existing? How do they combine to inspire and
encourage the future? And how can they regulate the future without determining it?
