Information Services & Technology can assist you in purchasing, activating, upgrading or transferring ownership of your mobile device or if your device is lost or stolen.

  • Purchase and activate a mobile device
    • For assistance in purchasing and activating a mobile device or determining the best plan and features suited for you click here.
  • Upgrade a mobile device
    • If you would like assistance or instructions on how to upgrade your mobile device, click here.
  • Cancel your mobile device contract
    •  If you no longer require your mobile device and wish to have the plan deactivated, click here.
  • Transfer ownership of mobile device (personal to university)
    • For instructions on transfering ownership of your mobile device to the University of Manitoba, click here.
