Getting Started

1. Visit http://umanitoba.ca/ist/telecommunications/phones/ to download the Move, Change, or Removal of Existing Service form
2. Complete the form
3. Add your form as an attachment to your IT Ticket or drop-off in person at the IST Service Desk
