How To Send a Message to Junk Mail Using Outlook 2007

This document will describe how to mark messages as junk in Outlook 2007. In order to complete these instructions, you need to have Outlook 2007 set up to work with your Exchange account. Instructions for setting up your mail client to work with Exchange can be found on the article How to Configure Outlook 2007 for Exchange Mail.

Marking a Message as Junk

You can easily mark a message as junk by right-clicking the message, hovering over Junk E-mail, and clicking Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

You can also add a sender to the blocked list after you have double clicked a message to view it in a new window. Simply click the Block Sender button near the top of the window.
