You can assign color-coded categories to your mail, notes, events, contacts, and tasks.
To view your Categories:
1. Select an Event, Task, or E-mail; then click the small black triangle in the lower right corner of the Categories button.
2. Select Edit Categories.
3. Click on the name of the predefined category (e.g., work) to rename. Click on the Color to assign a different color.
