Poverty Awareness & Community Action (PACA) is a workshop that uses role play and discussion to teach students about the impacts of poverty and importance of social welfare systems. The workshop is facilitated by a team of UM students, staff, and faculty and community members with lived experience with poverty. In 2020-21, the workshops will be taking place online on the Zoom videoconferencing platform.
