Mauro Centre Outreach Programming
The Mauro Centre is committed to providing outreach programming that provides the University and regional communities to have access to excellent lectures, cultural events, and workshops, and in the area of peace and justice.

Survivors Christian Butera and Chairty Karunhije spoke about their experiences. The film, Sometimes in April, directed by Raoul Peck was shown. The panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Sean Byrne, included Akim Muhoza, Dr. Chris Powell, Dr. Akim Simbanda, and Dr. Andrew Woolford.
